One of the great finds in the Pinot world!
90 points went to this 75 case lot that is a blend of three different vineyards in the elite Sonoma Coast Appellation: Two in Green Valley and the other near Occidental.  This is prime Sonoma Pinot.  In the Iridesse tradition, we blended in a teeny bit of Syrah for some more depth and a smidge of Viognier for pretty aromatics.  Yowza!

Beautiful violet, sandlewood, honeysuckle and cherry aromas lead into blackberry, stonefruit, bing cherry, dark chocolate, and the ever-elusive "forest floor" - a blend of fresh earth, mushroom, berries, wood, musk and laurel.  The dark and spicy mouthfeel ends with a finish that keeps shifting and changing - sparkling and twinkling like the wings of a dragonfly.
