"Deep color and viscous, rich flavors off apricots, honey and ripe melons. Complex with a long finish." -Vintage NY.

Honeysuckle aroma and flavor along with hints of peach and pear. This dessert wine has a lot of texture and a nice apple-juice color. It is quite sweet, but it is not overpowering like some genuine northern ice wines. A table of six all sung its praises. Very enjoyable.
