Color: Golden yellow Nose: Steely and some mineral, then the fruit comes out with pear and and apricot. Palate: This is a bit unintegrated at this point, but still very very good. Structure is of a Burgundy-style Chard, but with a little bit of creamy mouthfeel for those New World fans. Very steely like the nose and with great acidity. That white fruit is there, but hasn't come out yet...
