A very delicate, dry Gewurztraminer. Subtle, under-ripe pear, with a really stretched out finish; apricots, clove, and spice. All very sublte with a steely overtone. I like this. I drank it with a few blue points, and wood smoked mussels. Crazy...

Straw color. Earthy, minerally, steely dry nose. Ripe & fragrant apple flavor, sweet and rich but with a cutting edge of acidity to keep it fresh in the mouth. Steady finish. VERY nice. Good with fresh fruity desserts, strong cheeses, and also spicy food...

Color: Golden yellow
Nose: Steely and some mineral, then the fruit comes out with pear and and apricot.
Palate: This is a bit unintegrated at this point, but still very very good. Structure is of a Burgundy-style Chard, but with a little bit of creamy mouthfeel for those New World fans. Very steely like the nose and with great acidity. That white fruit is there, but hasn't come out yet...
