Redbank The Long Paddock Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

Probably the best I've had so far. It's a shiraz-cabernet mix from Australia. I had it at Sharon's house over Spring break. As always, it's got that strong cheese aftertaste that I don't know how to describe in any other way, but i love it! Cost???

This was a nice Chablis with a straw-gold color and aromas of apples, honey, caramel, and oak. It was medium-bodied with relatively high acidity. The fruit, oak, and alcohol were all in balance. I definitely recommend this wine.
