McWilliams Coonwarra 2000 Cabernet Tasting Note from Corkd.com Bookmark this Tasting Note
I might be the only one, but this wine reminded me of a good Alexander Valley bottling from Silver Oak: seemingly infused with new American Oak, this wine is thick and dark, with dill, black olive, and sage nuances. 2002 Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley Tasting Note from Corkd.com Bookmark this Tasting Note
Certainly in the Silver Oak style, with toasty new American Oak imparting dill, pine, and sage notes. Some people don't seem to like this wine, but I prefer it to the softer, more mainstream Napa offering.
