2003 Dashe Cellars Zinfandel

One of the best Zins I've had. It's very rich, not too jammy, with a slightly dry finish. Perfect to drink with a nice steak--just as good alone with a book at the end of a long day.

A very full Zin, lots of cherry, not too tart, and hints of coco? Reminds me a bit of the Marzoco zin but higher alcohol content. Definitely not as smooth either but still worth a try.

2004 Dashe Cellars Zinfandel Dry Creek Valley
Tasting Note from Wine Reviews from WineLog.net
An old vine Zinfandel, this wine is fairly strong in the attack but the taste and swallow are a bit milder. It's not as berry-ific as your usual Zin, but still enjoyable. I believe the winemaker said the vines were 70 years old.
