A let down after the Cab/Shiraz blend. Light reddish-black fruit aroma. A bit watery on the palate. Light fruit flavors that turn sour toward the end (acidity), dry. Cheap price, but still not one to repeat.
The rest of these will be used for cooking, or the vinegar jar.
Re-tasted a week later (another little box). Maybe not so awful. More berry flavors than I noticed first time. 2.5 stars...
