This one grew on me. Wonderful with the veal dinner we made. Could use a tad more fruit for my taste, but as the evening went on I found it to push through more and more.

J'avais demandé au conseillé à la SAQ de me suggérer un vin très corsé et puissant pour accompagner un filet mignon. Je dois avouer que j'ai été un peu déçu. Pas qu'il n'était pas bon au contraire, c'est un bon Cahors qui fait la job. Il est bien équilibré au niveau des aromes et des tannins mais ne pète pas plus dans la bouche que le Torus que j'ai gouté cette semaine. En fait ils se ressemblent...
