Winemaking:Ripe Pinot Gris grapes were hand harvested from our Naramata vineyard. Grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Settled juice was barrel fermented (cold), then stirred on lees for 3 months prior to bottling.
Bouquet: Ripe peaches, dried apricots, citrus overtones and a subtle yet creamy oak complexity.
Palate: Full bodied, with rich stone fruit intensity, and a clean dry cashew nut finish.
