Color: Lighter straw Nose: Tropical fruits with pear and yellow apple, followed by honeysuckle, notes of butterscotch and cream and floral aromatics. Palate: Very good! A very interesting mix of a creamier and slightly more buttery side of Chard, but has great acidity that brings out the crisp fruit from the nose, finishing with oak and steely minerality.
