Very deep, thick, dense purple robe. Pleasant smell of tobacco and spice that fills the room when you open the bottle. Full-bodied taste with a strong accent of pepper that develops into more ample, subtle fruit tastes in your mouth as you sip. Nice, round final that leaves you begging for more. A beautiful wine to experiment with cheese. To me, Henry of Pelham's Baco is one of the best ambassadors of Niagara wine and a fine addition to any cellar.
