This is a pretty dang subtle zin. Not terribly full bodied or bold, for a zin, but certainly pleasant enough to drink. Currant, ripe cherry and just a hint of cocoa, round out the flavors on the tongue. I was a bit surprised just how understated the wine was at first, but towards the end of the glass, I had warmed up to it quite a bit.
