Crisp light bodied white. High acid makes it food friendly. Heavy citrus flavors (lemon) with some earth/vegetable notes of grass and asparagus. Slightly effervescent. Nothing showing on the mid palate, with some honeydew and slight mineral chalkiness on the finish. I had it with grilled chicken and vegetables and it was fine. It's worth noting that wines from this region can be had for under 5 bucks.
