Color: Deep ruby

Nose: Good red berry fruit and cherry on the nose with a fair amount of sweet oak, but a hint of green veggie, too.

Palate: Full and well-balanced with the tannin, acid and fruit, but the oak still needs some more time. Not bad, and one of the better Cabs I've had from Paso.
