I am a red wine drinker and rarely dabble in whites. But when I do have a white, I'm rather picky. I'm looking for something along the lines of the Ace Pear Cider of wines. This stuff has a peary flavor and goes great with sushi. A little TOO mild to be a 5 star, but very nice overall. Would definitely drown my sorrows in several bottles of this, with no remorse.

Very nice and light. Citrus which paired well with the citrus in our salad. Not as much of a 'drink on your own', but a very nice wine to pair with a 'gentle' dinner element.
