Initially, there's no taste sensation. Then, gradually, the bouquet grows. Long starting stretch. A bit too timid for my main course, a somewhat spicy stew.

Lots of berry and licorice in taste.

Color: Dark garnet, purple hues and highlights



Nose: Dusty blue and black fruit, anise with a some earthiness



Palate: Full, chalky, round mouth of dark dark blue fruit, finishing with vanilla and nice cracker black pepper. Quite good!

This satisfying red is made from Monastrell (Mourvèdre) grown in the Almansa region of Spain. This is a rich, deep-colored wine with plenty of blueberry and blackberry fruit on the nose and palate. It is smooth and well-structured, with a long, full finish.

100% Monastrell aged 4 months in American oak barrels. Deep purple colour with abundant blueberry and blackberry fruit on the nose and palate. Medium-bodied, it has excellent concentration and length.

Color: light garnet



Nose: Blue and black fruit with some black pepper and charcoaled steak, but not toasty



Palate: Smooth with some great spice, blue and black fruit and finishing with some juicy spice and tobacco.

Color: vibrant pink



Nose: Some herbalness at the start, then rhubarb and strawberry.



Palate: Muskier and gamier than most Rosés, but still good with that red fruit from the nose in the mouth. Finishes offdry, which isn't really my style.
