N: Menthol with *bright* blueberry with some maraschino cherry and eucalyptus



P: Good acidity, some bright cherry and tarter raspberry, finishing with some cocoa powder, round grip. Good.

Color: Dark ruby/garnet



Nose: A bit green and reedy, but with some bright red and black fruit and a hint of dust.



Palate: Rich and plush and not showing the green in the nose. Good blue fruit with a touch of cobbler, but with the acidity comes off as nicely dry. Good value!

One of the world's more regal and

expensive examples of Cabernet at one-third the price. This is one of

Margaret River's toughest wines to find and the terroir speaks for

itself.

Many will compare this to Insignia but I think the style is much

closer to Leoville Poyferre or a sibling estate.

Dry, Crisp white Riesling, good with seafood. However, not much length.
