Palate: Quite viscous and full bodied, with still good acid that is balanced and not overt. Great yellow apple, peach and canned pears in this dry wine. Good!

Aromas and flavor of red berries, apple and spice are fresh and focused. The juicy finish lingers with mineral and spice. Drink now. 1,200 cases made.

48% Merlot, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon 16% Grenache and 12% Syrah.



Aromas of ripe black cherry, fresh bay leaf and pepper combine on the bouquet. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied with soft, rich tannins and blackberry fruit. A touch of chocolate and vanilla linger on the finish.

This rich, refined red is very pure-tasting, showing mineral, smoke, dried cherry and sandalwood flavors, with powerful undercurrents of currant and French roast. The long finish echoes spice and roasted meat. Best from 2009 through 2014. 1,000 cases imported.
