Had a great meal the other night at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach's new "Bistro". Awesome food, great service. Very clean, fresh, simple ingredients that came together so perfectly. Two nights ago... the 2002 Robert Mondavi Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has shut down a bit and is not as big and thick as it was the last time I've had it... rich anise and eucalyptus with high alcohol, and a rich, ripe black-fruit finish.
