Conceptual Drawing of Capozzi Winery

We finished the harvest on Thursday last week. The quality is very good although there is a small decrease on the quantity. We are lucky to have excellent indigenous yeasts that bring all the alcoholic fermentation smoothly to the end. Some alcoholic fermentation is still going but for the most part, it has ended. NW Wine Summit drawing to a close
We're wrapping up the superlative rounds for the massive Northwest Wine Summit competition at Timberline Lodge on Oregon's Mount Hood. Some 20 judges have been tasting through more than 1,150 wines since Sunday afternoon. This is, by far, the largest and most important wine competition in the Pacific Northwest.
