Spaghetti all’amatriciana
Prima di illustrare brevemente una delle ricette più famose della cucina italiana, chiarisco che proprio di spaghetti si tratta, e non di bucatini. La vera ricetta infatti è quella degli spaghetti all’amatriciana e non quella dei bucatini all’amatriciana.
Veniamo agli ingredienti per questa ricetta:
