On Tuesday the winemaking team along with our Sales and Marketing Director, Anne Krolczyk, will sit down to conduct our first 'official' assessment of the 2007 wines. These wines are still very young but we should be able to get a great idea of the quality level of most of the wines. The official verdict is, amazingy enough, very favourable.
