Coonawarra, South Australia. Sealed with cork. Approx $A35. 13.5% alcohol. Lovely middle aged Coonawarra cab. Mocha, black olive, ginger and herbal nose. Lovely soft approach before terrific sructure from the firm, muscled and long tannins. Very good. 17.3/20 (92/100). Drink now - 2011. technorati tags: wine, australian wine, cabernet
