Petit Verdot
Everyone knows Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. And then you have Cabernet Franc and Malbec. But then there is the eminence gris (?) of Petit Verdot, a grape that used to be almost extinct in Bordeaux but that recently has seen quite a revival. It is now often used in the blend to perhaps 5-10 ... of Petit Verdot. So know you even know how it looks.
