Wine Pairings
I have a confession to make: I drink red Bordeaux with everything. I am the nightmare of the sommeliers at 1, and many times they are embarrassed for me. OK, I am exaggerating a little bit. I do enjoy Pinot Noir, Syrah, and a variety of white wines.
Sushi pairings
Our neighbor Kenton recently got a sushi-making kit, so we get to enjoy some pretty fabulous sushi on a semi-regular basis. Tonight was one of those times, so I did a bit of research on what wines to bring.
