I’ve written about Coral Mustang’s Rose before, over a year ago.  You can read those notes here ... to take home with me! Spanish grape varieties seem to taking hold in California. Surfing the web, I found Tempranillo Tango a blog by Penelope Gadd-Coster, who is co-owner of Coral Mustang Winery , which only uses Tempranillo. Reading further I found that Coral Mustang is part of TAPAS (Tempranillo Advocats Producers and Amigo Society) which has some 22 wineries as members. I wonder if any of these wineries...
