2006 Leelanau Cellars Chardonnay Reserve Leelanau Peninsula Tasting Note from Wine Reviews from WineLog.net Bookmark this Tasting Note
This wine was WAY to sweet. I liked it at first, but then it tasted all belch after the first 1/2 a glass. Chilling may have helped.

Kooyong Pinot Noir Mornington Peninsula Meres 2004 Tasting Note from Wine Spectator Online Daily Wine Picks RSS Bookmark this Tasting Note
This is silky smooth and nicely focused to show off its pretty raspberry and cream flavors that linger gently against highly polished tannins on the finish. Poised to develop well with cellaring. Best from 2008 through 2014. 180 cases made.

Kooyong Chardonnay Mornington Peninsula Faultline 2004 Tasting Note from Wine Spectator Online Daily Wine Picks RSS Bookmark this Tasting Note
Ripe in flavor, this is a tightly wound wine, with tangy lime and mineral character galore. Finishes vibrant, finally opening up enough to show its pear flavors. Has depth and promises much with cellaring. Best from 2008 through 2013. 320 cases made.

Yabby Lake Vineyard Chardonnay Mornington Peninsula 2005 (Wine Spectator) Tasting Note from Wine Spectator Online Daily Wine Picks RSS Bookmark this Tasting Note
Shows some restraint, letting the ripe pineapple and grapefruit flavors glide gently over finely tuned acidity, hinting at cream and mineral as the finish hovers for a while. Drink now through 2012. 3,000 cases made.

Peninsula Ridge Gewurztraminer 2007 Tasting Note from Wine Reviews from WineLog.net Bookmark this Tasting Note
Very attractive, first attempt at doing Gewurztraminer. Warm spice, lychee, floral, very round and intoxicating nose. The mouth delivers rich, ripe lychee fruit but not sweet. Very mouth filling smooth texture. The fruit is balanced beautifully with soft acidity. The finish is dry and lingering with warm spice notes.

Old Moon 2003 California Old Vine Zinfandel Tasting Note from Corkd.com Bookmark this Tasting Note
This is the best of the super low price wines I have yet tasted. A favorite for both before and durring a meal. Old vine grapes picked after the first full moon in January, the wolf moon by native tradition, when the moon light creates the illusion that the vines are 'dancing' across the field. This moon happens to be when we celebrate our anniversary; this wine is now part of the tradition...
